Products and services powered by Dig Moon are subject to the applicable Dig Moon Terms of Service, Terms of Contract, Suspension Policy, and any additional product-specific terms.

AI iD Card Registration and Continuity
Once you create an AI iD Card, the card is associated with your registered email address and the build details created for that AI iD Card.
Your AI may update the AI iD Card build details to support continuity for your project or projects.

SIMON is a monthly subscription service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please review the Dig Moon Refund Policy for complete information regarding cancellation and refund eligibility.
SIMON enables users to collaborate with their AI team through supported AI Engine API connections.
An active SIMON subscription is required to interact with your AI team through the SIMON platform. If your subscription is cancelled or becomes inactive, you will no longer be able to interact with your AI team through the SIMON platform unless eligible access is restored.
SIMON API CREDIT PLANS
SIMON API-100
- 100 API Credits per month
- 5 Loyalty Credits every 48 hours once the included 100 API Credits have been exhausted
SIMON API-175
- 175 API Credits per month
- 10 Loyalty Credits every 48 hours once the included 175 API Credits have been exhausted
SIMON API-250
- 250 API Credits per month
- 10 Loyalty Credits every 24 hours once the included 250 API Credits have been exhausted
ADDITIONAL API CREDITS
Additional API Credits may be purchased and added to your account before your renewal date.
SIMON Add-50
Adds 50 API Credits to your account.
SIMON Add-100
Adds 100 API Credits to your account.
SIMON Add-200
Adds 200 API Credits to your account.
SIMON VERSION 1 AI ENGINES
Version 1 of SIMON currently supports three AI Engines:
- Gemini
- Claude
- ChatGPT
These AI Engines use selected base models intended to help manage platform and API costs.
Dig Moon may expand supported AI Engines, models, or features in a future version of SIMON. Future upgrades, features, models, and timelines are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
Customers who wish to use a higher model or alternative AI Engine may request a custom build. Custom builds may require additional development and may be subject to custom pricing.

Dig Moon does not guarantee that a future upgrade will occur within a specific timeframe or that a custom build request will be approved.
CREDIT USAGE
SIMON Credits are used in the following order:
- Loyalty Credits
- Purchased Add-On Credits
- Monthly Renewal or Bundle Credits
Credit Expiration
Loyalty Credits and purchased Add-On Credits do not transfer to the next renewal period.
Unused applicable credits expire at the end of the applicable renewal period.
Please use applicable Loyalty Credits and Add-On Credits before the end of your renewal period.
PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
Current prices for Dig Moon products and services are displayed through the applicable Dig Moon online store or eCommerce platform.
Promotions, limited-time offers, and discounts may apply only to purchases made through a specific eCommerce platform.
For example, a promotion available through the Dig Moon Shopify store may be exclusive to purchases completed through Shopify and may not be transferable to purchases made through another sales platform.
PRODUCT USE, MISUSE, SUSPENSION, AND REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Dig Moon products are intended to be used in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service, Terms of Contract, product requirements, and other applicable Dig Moon policies.
Any attempt to intentionally manipulate, interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to SIMON, AI iD Cards, Dig Moon software, systems, services, or intellectual property may be considered a breach of the applicable agreement.
If Dig Moon identifies activity that may indicate misuse or a breach of the applicable terms, the affected account may be temporarily suspended while the activity is reviewed.
If Dig Moon determines that misuse, unauthorized activity, or a material breach has occurred, the affected account may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable Dig Moon policies.
Refund Eligibility Following Misuse
Dig Moon's Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases and cancellations under the terms of that policy.
However, if Dig Moon determines that an account has been intentionally used to manipulate, interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, or otherwise violate the applicable terms governing SIMON, AI iD Cards, Dig Moon software, systems, services, or intellectual property, the affected purchase, subscription, product, or service may no longer be eligible for a refund.
This does not remove or invalidate all other Dig Moon policies. Other applicable Terms of Service, Terms of Contract, Suspension Policies, and product-specific terms remain applicable.
